Prime Driving Academy's Terms & Conditions

-You must Inform your instructor of anything which may affect your ability to drive at any point.

-You must provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your next arranged driving lesson. This will allow your instructor enough time to cover your lesson with another booking. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in you being charged the full value of that lesson.

-You must be in a fit state for your driving lessons, for example, not under medication, the influence of alcohol or drugs (your instructor holds the rights to abandon the driving lesson with full charge if this is believed to be the case)

-You must take responsibility of any speeding or traffic offences of which occur whilst driving.

-You must wear sensible footwear for driving.
